   Kevin started his career at a small firm as an exporter of tech products from the Midwest, visiting over thirty countries by 1992 before becoming President and CEO of International Networking. "IN" navigated the ever changing tech market from 1993-2002, growing to $ 10 million in sales, garnering small business awards and media attention before selling the business to a supplier. Weary of tech, travel and managing people, Kevin made his way to the great world of real estate. 

   Kevin initially joined Kansas City market leader Reece and Nichols, which was soon to become Berkshire & Hathaway's first residential real estate acquisition. He leveraged his 25+ years in the area to network and hit the ground running, achieving the company's highest single home purchase price and becoming Salesman of the Month and the Quarter for his good fortune. By late 2003, Kevin had his sights set on the west coast and the Silicon Valley market, and moved to Palo Alto. Before jumping back into real estate, Kevin pursued his "hobby" became the assistant head wrestling coach at Stanford University from 2003-2007, where helped the program achieve numerous national awards and milestones.  In 2008, Kevin took his California Real Estate Exam and joined Coldwell Banker in Palo Alto, where he remained until 2014, achieving the President's Circle by 2012 and moved to Keller Williams' Palo Alto from 2014-2017, where the office achieved $ 1 Billion in Sales in 2017.  

  Kevin has recently come full circle by joining forces with Intero Real Estate Services in Menlo Park, the market leader and local experts who are also affiliated with Berkshire Hathaway. The Klemm Team has sold properties in over 12 cities and 5 counties in California, including many repeat clients, and works with buyers, sellers and investors. His clients range from first time home buyers to builder/investors and his range is the entire Bay Area, with a focus on Silicon Valley.

   He is an expert negotiator well versed in the nuances of many cultures and knows how to get the "win" in a complex transaction and specializes in navigating through normally difficult situations. He especially enjoys the competitive nature of the high achievers that are his clients, friends and colleagues.  Although he values winning, he values his integrity more and prides himself on being detail oriented and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the transaction.  To stay abreast of recent market or legal updates, all of the team members are constantly updating and adding to their skill sets by utilizing the continuing education classes conducted by our training center.

 

Kevin has been married to his wife Iva, a licensed realtor with Intero, since 2000 and they have high school daughters Rachel and Emily and a middle school son, Kevin Jr. The Klemms live in Mountain View, California steps away from Google and Kevin enjoys his "hobby" (watching amateur wrestling), attending his family's softball and track meets, reading and lifting weights in his spare time.
